X-ray food inspection systems
Applied Sorting presently manufactures four standard models of x-ray food inspection systems as well as being able to build special machines to suit individual customer’s requirements. Because Applied Sorting x-ray inspection systems are built in Australia, against individual customer orders the company is able to offer buyers a range of brand choices in components like PLC’s, switch gear, drive motors, gear boxes and VSD’s. Also, Applied Sorting can work with their customer’s engineering team to ensure the installed system satisfies their OH&S requirements and food safety standards.

XR-3000C X-Ray Inspection System
for inspecting large, heavy products e.g. 27kg cartons of meat, 20kg cartons of cheese, bags of milk powder, shippers and cases of dairy products, packaged foods, beverages etc. Maximum product width 400mm, maximum passage height 320mm.
